Sales of Vancouver police dog calendars have raised $450K for charity

The Vancouver Police Department’s canine officers, assisted by their two-legged partners, will be on the corner of Granville and Georgia selling their annual calendar on Thursday

The 2020 VPD Police Dog calendar costs $15 with proceeds going towards the B.C. Cancer Foundation and the B.C. Children’s Hospital Foundation.

The calendar is funded and produced by the Candy Anfield Memorial Foundation, which was created by retired VPD Sgt. Mike Anfield in honour of his wife Candy, a VPD officer who died of breast cancer in 2004.
